Terms of Service

CellsDeal.com (“CellsDeal”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Webtricker LLC, Dhaka, Bangladesh. These Terms govern your use of the CellsDeal website and mobile apps (the “Platform”) to post, browse, buy, sell, rent, or hire goods, property, jobs, services, and vehicles.

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use CellsDeal. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or complete a transaction.

Except where CellsDeal itself sells goods through a Verified Store it operates, CellsDeal connects buyers and sellers — it is not a party to the contract of sale, rental, or hire formed between them. Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the legality and condition of what they offer, and fulfilling their side of any transaction. Buyers are responsible for verifying a listing and seller before paying or handing over goods.

You may only post listings for items and services you have the right to sell, rent, or advertise. You agree not to list anything illegal under Bangladeshi law, counterfeit or stolen goods, weapons, drugs, hazardous materials, or content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights. CellsDeal may remove any listing, suspend any account, and report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice.

Marketplace (cart-checkout) orders are paid either by Cash on Delivery or online via our licensed payment partner, PayStation, which processes bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and card payments on our behalf. CellsDeal does not store your payment card details. Classifieds, property, job, service, and vehicle listings use direct “Chat to Buy” contact between buyer and seller — CellsDeal does not process payment for these and is not responsible for money exchanged outside the Platform.

A marketplace order can be cancelled from your Orders page while it is unpaid and before the seller has shipped it. Once an order is paid or shipped, contact the seller directly, or contact CellsDeal support for help with a dispute or refund.

Reviews must reflect a genuine transaction and your honest experience. Harassment, hate speech, spam, and attempts to manipulate ratings are not allowed and may result in account suspension.

We may suspend or remove an account that violates these Terms, posts prohibited content, is reported and found to be fraudulent, or is used to harm other users. You can appeal a suspension by contacting support.

CellsDeal provides the Platform “as is” and does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the conduct of users, or that any transaction will complete successfully. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CellsDeal is not liable for losses arising from a transaction between users, except where caused by our own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, including the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.

We may update these Terms as CellsDeal grows. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the update.
