Buyer protection

When you check out with the cart:

• You pay by Cash on Delivery or online through PayStation, our licensed payment partner. CellsDeal never sees or stores your card, bKash, or Nagad PIN.
• Each order is recorded on your Orders page, and the seller updates it as the order is shipped and delivered.
• You can cancel an order from your Orders page while it is unpaid and before the seller has shipped it.
• If something goes wrong with a paid or shipped order, contact us and we will help you with the dispute or refund.

For classifieds, property, vehicles, jobs, and services, you deal directly with the seller. CellsDeal does not process the payment and is not a party to the sale, so the order protections above do not apply. Please read the Safety tips before you pay anyone.

• Our moderation team reviews reported listings and can remove them or suspend accounts.
• Buyers can leave reviews, and sellers' ratings are visible on their profile and listings.
• Verified Store badges show where we have verified a business.

• Email support@cellsdeal.com with your order number and a description of the problem.
• Use Report this listing if the listing itself looks fraudulent.
• You can also complain to the Government of Bangladesh through the Central Complaint Management System.
