Cash on delivery

• Add items to your cart and go to checkout.
• Enter your delivery address and a phone number the seller can reach you on.
• Choose Cash on Delivery as the payment method and place the order.
• The seller is notified straight away and prepares your order. You pay when it arrives.

Cash on Delivery is available on Buy Now orders placed through the cart. Classified, property, vehicle, job, and service listings are arranged directly with the seller through Chat to Buy, and payment for those is between you and the seller.

• Keep your phone on and reachable so the seller or courier can confirm delivery.
• Check the item when it arrives, before you pay.
• To cancel, open the order from your Orders page. You can cancel while the order is unpaid and the seller has not yet shipped it.
