Delete your account

In the app
Open the CellsDeal app, go to Account, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm.

Log in, then type DELETE below.
What happens
- Your name, email address and phone number are removed from our systems, and you are logged out everywhere.
- Your ads are taken down and your saved ads and notifications are deleted.
- Orders, reviews and messages that other people depend on are kept on record, without your name or contact details.
- You can't delete your account while an order of yours is still in progress, as a buyer or a seller. Finish or cancel it first.
- Deleting is permanent. You can sign up again later with the same phone number, but as a new account.
Can't log in?
Contact us through the contact page from the email address or phone number on the account, and we will delete it for you.
